Clinical Solutions, LLC was founded in 1999 by Nancy E. Dayhoff EdD, RN and Patricia Moore, MSN RN CDE, two advanced practice nurses with diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Nancy E. Dayhoff EdD, RN An Associate Professor Emeritus of Nursing, Indiana University. Taught advance practice nurses the science and skills of how to instruct and coach patients to change their health behaviors, and how to conduct clinical and fiscal outcome evaluations to assess the effects of interventions and programs.

 

Patricia Moore, MSN RN CDE A Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) in the care of adults with diabetes and other related chronic diseases. Business owner of Diabetes Care Concept, PC, a private clinical nursing practice in which she taught and coached patients in self-care management of their disease.
